We're sad to hear you want to return a gift - but find out relevant information as to returning a it!
If you wish to return your order please contact us within 7 days for us to provide a returns form.
Please do not send a return to us without notifying us first, this is because we want to ensure we refund the correct customer.
Your order must be in its original packaging and in the same condition it was dispatched in.
Ooh Darling do not cover the return cost for unwanted gifts.
Returns of Personalised & Handmade items
We do not accept returns on any handmade gifts unless these are faulty, because these orders are handmade to each customers we can not accept returns on them, if you are unsure if the item you have receive can not be returned please just contact us through the support page and we will assist you.

We are very sorry if your order arrives damaged or faulty, we do try very hard to ensure all parcels are protected and packed with the upmost care and attention but unfortunately sometimes accidents do happen!
